Our business was established in October 2004 in order to introduce the sport of Scuba Diving on the Costa Blanca in a safe secure environment, giving a choice of both BSAC and PADI training methods. It is our intention to assist divers coming to the Costa Blanca in finding the right dive sites/facilities and if needed accommodation. We do not charge for assistance in these matters.

Just as most of Spain, the Costa Blanca can be an ideal place to base yourself for that scuba diving holiday or even obtaining your first qualifications.

The visibility in this part of the Mediterranean Sea is very good, especially at the locations further away from the coast like at La Llosa and the island of Benidorm. Visibility of 20 to 40 meters approx. 65 to 130ft is quite normal. There are, of course, days with heavy seas but these are rare and there are plenty of dive sites to choose from so you should find at least one with calm seas.

At Spain Scuba we can offer training to all diver grades, alongside a package of skill development courses, including, Boat Handling, Chart work/Navigation, Nitrox diving and many more.

We can assist you in gaining additional qualifications whether you wish to follow the BSAC or PADI qualification routes.
